The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) invests in change in more than 30 countries across Europe, central Asia and the southern and eastern Mediterranean. They provide project financing for banks, industries and businesses, both new ventures and investments in existing companies.
EBRD’s BAS team asked Techniques for Change to train team members in Business Diagnostics Skills
The practical programme covered a range of business diagnostic tools as well as associated softer skills. The programme ran in Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Romania and London.
