What we did
The Director of Sales Force Excellence in Switzerland invited Techniques for Change to train his team in Internal Consulting Skills. The team conduct data collection and assessments and then help to implement improvement actions to improve performance. Our MD, Philip Albon worked closely with Medtronic to include live Medtronic case studies in the training. Currently the team are on track to achieve the Diploma in 2013.
